MyFreeSweeps provides its services to our members on a totally FREE basis.

The information contained in this section sets out the terms and conditions of use of the MyFreeSweeps website. If you use the MyFreeSweeps site and /or services, this is what you agree to. If you don't agree, please don't use the services. We must, of course, reserve the right to change, modify or alter any of the terms and conditions at any time, so don't hesitate to check this area for any updates. We'll try to lay all this out with as little legalese as possible but there is a certain amount that is just unavoidable in this world. So here goes.

All Federal, state, and local laws apply. Some foreign or international laws may apply. All services, are void where prohibited. All taxes on any winnings from any sweepstakes are the responsibility of the winner. Some places make sweepstakes illegal or have other requirements that we may not have met. Knowing all of these things in advance is near impossible and we don't claim to. If you live in one of those places, well, void where prohibited.

As a part of the services provided by MyFreeSweeps, we will enter you automatically in the sweepstakes you select from our Sweepstakes database and add it to your "My Sweeps Portfolio" page.  Each day you revisit us, we will show you the sweepstakes that are available for you and the sweepstakes that are not. If you then choose to enter a new sweepstakes, you need only click on the "ENTER" button to the left of the sweepstake name and it will be added to your MyFreeSweeps Personal Portfolio. For purposes of entry and re-entry into sweepstakes, a day begins at 12:00 midnight Central Time. Depending on the capacity of their computer equipment, some sweepstakes sites may not be able to accept all of our entries in a given day. We will do our best to enter you in all of the sweepstakes you select but we cannot, and are not, responsible for any failure to enter you in a given sweepstake for whatever reason. It is the Internet and there are simply too many factors involved to be able to guarantee entry. As a result, the number of entries shown in your portfolio for any given sweepstakes may not always be absolutely accurate.

Whichever e-mail address you choose for your sweepstakes entries will be given to the companies sponsoring the sweepstakes and you will be "opted-in" for any marketing or other messages the sponsor of the sweep elects to send an entrant. From time to time, you will no doubt receive E-mails and special offers from them. Most of the E-mail you receive will give you the option to be taken off the mailing list should you so choose. No matter which email address you utilize you will also receive special offers, hopefully of interest, from their affiliates. In other words, by doing all of this, you'll probably get some unsolicited e-mail. That's sort of the price of admission to all these free sweepstakes. All this E-mail will come to the E-mail address you specify. Each sweep may choose how it decides to notify a winning entrant and many choose to use e-mail. Check the rules of each sweep to see how a given sweep will notify winners. Some sweeps have a time limit within which you must respond in order to claim your prize, so, whichever e-mail address you use, check your e-mail regularly.

When you become a registered member of MyFreeSweeps there are up to 4 instances in which you may receive email communication from us:

• Periodically (1 to 2 times per week) we send a newsletter highlighting new sweepstakes on the site. These newsletters may also contain bonus links that allow you more than the usual one auto entry per day sweepstakes.   These newsletters may/may not also feature member submitted stories.
• If you enter an MyFreeSweeps sponsored sweepstakes you’ll receive an email confirming your entry into the sweepstakes. 1 email per user interaction. 
• Periodically (no more than once per week) we send emails with special offers to targeted groups of members.

In ALL emails from MyFreeSweeps we provide you with the option to unsubscribe from the confirmation emails, newsletters or both. We never send emails to anyone who has not registered at our site or opted-in to receive more information about MyFreeSweeps from one of our partner sites.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MyFreeSweeps is not responsible for any failure to receive or transmit information received from, on behalf of, or to any member or any sweepstakes due to any cause. This includes, but is not limited to, any failure to receive or transmit any sweepstakes entries due to transmission failures, delays, or any typographical errors of any kind; telephone or network failures; computer, electronic or internet hardware or software failures; the inability of a given site to accept all of our traffic or tampering.

After our entry of your information into your chosen sweepstakes, we are not responsible for how that sweepstakes treats or handles your entry. We will do our best to make certain that you are entered in all sweepstakes you select, but we cannot be, and are not, responsible for any incorrect information provided to us by you. In order for the service to work properly, you must give us true and accurate information. See our privacy pledge for how this information will be handled. There will often be sweepstakes posted for which a given individual will not be eligible. (For example, because of age or residency restrictions.) Any person or registrant who, either directly or indirectly, hacks into, tampers with, or in any other fashion attempts to manipulate, modify or otherwise interfere with this website, its databases or any other website involved in the operation or administration of this website shall be disqualified from all sweepstakes and the further use of this site. If anyone violates any of the terms and conditions of use of our services, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue or terminate their membership into MyFreeSweeps.com.
