| Well thank you for your interest in our site. We really like it too. Now the best way to deal with the spam issue is to make sure that you do NOT use any of your personal email addresses to enter these great sweepstakes. Use an email address from hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc. And don't worry about the email address that you used to sign up. We will not spam you. |

| Yes we do. If you want to make life easier for yourself to fill out entry forms, you can download the free version of Roboform or if you have the Yahoo toolbar then use the "Fill forms" feature. If you have heard of any other ways please let us know and we will do our best to tell all of the members. |

| Do they ever! You can meet some of them by clicking on the "Winners" tab on the left side of your Portfolio. Since we only launched this great website in September 2006 (and most of the sweepstakes don't end until the end of September) we haven't had any draws yet, but we expect to have winners very shortly. |

| We wish there was an easy way for you to click a button and enter all of the sweepstakes on our pages but there just isn't. Well there is but it could possibly cost you a winning entry. In other words if you look at most sweepstakes' rules you will see that most do not allow for automated entries. |

| At the end of every day our system will reset and you will be able to "Enter to Win" that special daily sweepstake again. Also if you look in your Personal Portfolio you will see your total number of entries and Portfolio value amounts increase in your Portfolio! A day begins at 12:00 midnight Central Time. |

| After a sweepstakes' End Date, the expired sweepstake is taken off of your Member's sweep page so that you do not waste your time trying to enter a sweepstake that isn't even around anymore. |

What do "Total Entries" and "Total Value" mean? |

| "Total Entries" is how many sweepstakes entries (and re-entries) you have ever made through MyFreeSweeps. "Total Value" is the value of the grand prizes you could win in those sweepstakes. |

Is it legal to win money on the Internet? |

| Absolutely! But every sweep has rules that define who is eligible to win. To be sure you're eligible, check the rules. Also, different states have different laws. Something one state allows another might not. Your participation in online sweeps is governed by the laws of the state (or province) in which you live and if it is prohibited in that state, then unfortunately, you can't win. That's why every sweepstakes has the "void where prohibited" language in its rules. |

What if I'm already registered for a sweep with one email address, can I use another address to enter again? |

| Although each sweep has its own set of rules and entry frequencies, using a different e-mail address to register in a sweep you've already entered could disqualify you from winning. Typically such instances only occur if you are trying to "trick" the sweepstake into entering the same information within an otherwise disallowed time frame. |

Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can enter in the different email addresses of friends and family that you know would be interested in winning their share of sweepstakes. | The most efficient way to get the maximum number of entries in the most amount of sweepstakes is by spending a little bit of time researching (or "dreaming about" as we like to say) the sweeps that we have listed in your member's section and then entering in as many of those as you would like. There are so many great sweepstakes on the site though that we hope you have time to enter in them all. |

| Every single day! Believe it or not, we try our best to add at least two or three new sweeps to the site seven days a week, 365 days a year! When you login to your Member's page and then go to your personal Sweeps page you will see the newest entries on the page with dark blue font for the name of the prize and on the "Enter" button. |

How will I know when I've won something? |

| That depends on which prize you've won from which sweepstakes. Sometimes you'll just receive your prize in the mail. If it's a really big prize then one of our team members may just give you a call to personally congratulate you. Most of the time though you'll receive an e-mail from the sweepstakes' sponsor alerting you that you've won, but some sweeps list winners right on their site. To be sure, check the rules of the sweeps you've entered by clicking on the Rules link on the sponsor's web site. |

Why can't you just send me an e-mail when I win something? |

| Most of the time we won't even know if you've won something! Once you've entered in the sweeps you've selected, it's up to those sweepstakes to contact you directly when you win. We love to hear from our members when they win, but you're under no obligation to tell us when you do. |

What if I live outside the United States? Can I still win? |

| To be sure you qualify for a particular sweep we provide a link to the rules for each sweep we list. You can find this information by simply clicking on the Sweep Name and then clicking on the Rules link. We will enter you to win any and all sweepstakes listed in our database at your descretion. |

| Enter Buttons displaying light blue text indicates that you may have already entered the corresponding sweepstake within its frequency period. Our system will still allow you to re-enter the sweepstake at your discretion, although such duplicate entries may not be accepted by the sweep's sponsor. |
